Nomination period has ended

The National Election Supervisor had emailed people that all members who had not yet used their nominations may do so through July 11. All memberships had to be in place, and all candidate statements submitted by 11:59 pm Tuesday June 30. The extension has now ended; no further nominations are being accepted. The NES had announced at the Pacifica National Board meeting on Thursday, July 9 that there would be no further extensions, despite numerous reported irregularities with the nominations page and difficulties people had experienced in obtaining the necessary individualized link to that nominations website.
